he 2008 Scheurebe Trockenbeerenauslese No 1 Zwischen den Seen displays a very clear, fresh and subtle, though concentrated grapefruit bouquet with very fine spicy botrytis flavors and loads of passion fruit. Highly elegant, dense and shocking piquant on the palate, this is a concentrated and sweet, perfectly structured, well balanced and very persistent TBA. It has a firm and refreshing, almost peppery finish. Very expressive and with salty flavors in the long and tension-filled finish.
