These are some cult wines in the making from two extremely small scale producers where the Domaine of Nicolas Pavie covers only 2 hectares and the Domaine Petit-Roy of Seiichi Saito also consists of only 2 hectares of vineyards. They both make their wines true to biodynamic regulations where Nicolas Pavie avoids as much as possible the use of machinery where possible. They believe in biodiversity in the vineyards to let nature and terrior do its work.
