La Fiorita was founded in 1990 and in 2011 Natalie Oliveros joined the team of Roberto Cipresso. And she has now taken over the whole winery lifting it to an organic certification. She makes no compromises producing the wine to give it a genuine expression of the individual vineyards in Brunello di Montalcino.
Cava D’Onice is a family run winery. It started with the purchase of the farm Colombaio in the early 80’s by his father Valter Nannetti. Having expanded now with more vineyards they still produce the single vineyard cuvee the Cava D’Onice Brunello Di Montalcino Colombaio with a production of only 2000 bottles.
