Matured according to a dynamic ripening method, inspired by the Solera system, which has its origin in Spain. Once in Europe, the rum matured for three additional years in an ex-rum barrel, without the 'age count' being changed, because the aging method differs.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fruity. Light notes of red fruit, milk chocolate and lacquer.
Taste: Creamy. Licorice and chocolate.
Finish: Fine, notes of Rancio (naturally sweet wine, which has acquired a special taste through years of aging)
