Nose: The first whiff is detectably peat smoke, freshly cut herbs and salted caramel.
Taste: Peat and sea salt, followed by hard acidity, mint and menthol. This is a very tasteful whisky with a small pinch of pepper at the background.
Finish: long and lasting with that unmistakably characteristic Talisker peat smoke.
