We are delighted to introduce you the latest batch of the acclaimed 10-year-old GlenAllachie bottled at Cask Strength. Batch #4 received the ultimate award as 'World's Best Single Malt' at the World Whisky Awards 2021. For this reason, the bar has certainly been set high for Billy Walker with the introduction of the sixth release.
The whisky has matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small amount of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. All this personally selected by Master Distiller, Billy Walker. The whisky is bursting with delicious notes of sticky honey, warming mocha, orange zest and spicy cinnamon.
Obviously Non-chillfiltered, Uncolored and bottled at 57.8% vol.

Tasting note:
Color: Rich mahogany.
Nose: Heather honey, dark chocolate, mocha, almond, cinnamon and orange peel.
Taste: Dark chocolate, syrup, mocha, heather honey, almond, cinnamon, marmalade and grapefruit.
