Nose: flambéed oranges with polished copper, cherry tumtum and warm pear tart. Old leather notes.
Taste: White and yellow fruit that quickly turns into warm dough with pine needles and warm apple compote.
Finish: long and warming with caramelized sugar and white pepper.
