TASTING NOTE by G&M;

Colour: Dark Gold

WITHOUT WATER:

Nose: Freshly washed wool and hessian. With hints of polished oak, beeswax

and orange peel.

Palate: A sweet liquorice and aniseed flavour. Pepper and ash notes linger.

WITH WATER:

Nose: Creamy hot chocolate aromas with spiced orange and cardamom notes.

Palate: Cinnamon and Clove influences with hints of Cedar wood.

Body: Medium but fuller neat.

Finish: A clean medium finish.

Cask Type(s): Refill Bourbon Barrel.

Whisky Style: A pre dinner dram.
