A Single Maltfrom the Mars Shinshu distillery, located in the Nagano
region, at the heart of the Japanese Alps. This expression is a blend of ex Bourbon casks, that have aged in the Shinshu warehouse, at 800 meters above sea level.

A delicate whisky, with fruity notes.

Nose:
Rich and fruity.Apricot, sweet orange marmalade

Palate:
Smooth and fruity with soft oak notes.

Finish:
Fresh plum and white grape.
