Originating from the oldest distillery in Australia (Beenleigh), in Queensland, and distilled in a copper still. The rum was then aged for 5 years in Australia in ex-bourbon casks before being shipped to Europe.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Refined. Banana and light tones of varnish.
Taste: Straightforward, straight forward. Tones of cherry, coniferous wood and again varnish.
Finish: Coffee and toasted notes.
