The 2020 Black Angus, featuring 58% Shiraz, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot, is bigger, bolder, and broader, making it perfect for steak houses across the globe. This wine boasts depth and breadth, offering a medium to full-bodied experience with a tight palate and a balanced structure characterized by firm tannins and succulent acidity. It concludes with a firm finish, making it very food friendly. Barrel maturation occurred in 40% new barrels for 14 months. Decant it for one hour before enjoying. 18,600 bottles were made.
Light notes of roses and blackberries perfume the nose of this Shiraz-focused blend. A fresh and full palate is supported by firm tannins. It has earthy and fruity notes, offering dark fruit and tobacco.
