The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is made entirely from free-run juice and was aged 21 months in 100% new French oak. Deep ruby in color, it offers up pure violet and Morello cherries, pipe tobacco and graphite, blueberry and blackcurrant liqueur with a classy frame of warm spices. The palate explodes with ultra-perfumed, ultra-layered black and blue fruits with ubiquitous, pixelated tannins that serve to support the plush fruit, replete with juicy freshness that continues to call you back for another sip on the very long, perfumed finish. It's a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon that will age well in the cellar but is approachable straight from the bottle.
A rich, complex chardonnay with aromas of grilled pineapples, lemon curd, spiced pears, lanolin, crushed stones and salted butter. Grilled hazelnuts and vanilla, too. Full-bodied and buttery, yet long, driven and vibrant. Excellent concentration.
