This house is rarely seen in the United States. The 1967 is a good, medium-weight, tarry, plummy port without a lot of character, but with good ripeness and clean winemaking.
A blockbuster, much better than the '67 Cockburn. Excellent youthful ruby-red, with rich, ripe cherry aromas, full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins forming a solid backbone for the mass of fleshy fruit flavors. Will improve with more age.
