Nose: A curious opening gambit of boiled greens, fresh-cut grass, and a flicker of sharp citrus that dances alongside soft, creamy vanilla. Just a teasing suggestion of sulphur lurking in the shadows.
Taste: Oh, this is where the magic truly begins! The malty sweetness greets you first, rich and inviting, before a surge of peppery spice grabs hold. Fleshy and full, with a delicate drizzling of honey threading its way through. It’s bold, complex, and immaculately balanced—a symphony of flavors.
Finish:Long, lingering, and captivating. The malted barley sweetness carries on, hand in hand with a spicy kick and a measured touch of bitterness that rounds it all off beautifully. A superb finale.
