Nose: Gingerbread dipped in sherry combined with cloves and black peppers,
Taste: Sweet with coconut macaroon, roasted nuts and fino sherry.
Finish: At first sweet with old-fashioned "sours", after which the influences of the sherry cask take over adding more red fruit and nuts.
