The 2019 Centgrafenberg Riesling GG is deep, intense and purely mineral on the nose, with notes of finely crushed stones, lemon juice, salt and Riesling expressions. Full-bodied, intense and juicy on the palate, with ripe and fine acidity, this is a promising, firmly structured and grippy-mineral grand cru from old vines on red sandstone soils. Tasted as a sample in April 2020.
