The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc is gorgeous. Creamy, layered and vibrant, the 2023 is wonderfully vibrant from start to finish. Lemon confit, marzipan, white flowers, mint and tomato leaf all race across the palate. The 2023 was fermented in a combination of French oak, stainless steel drums, cement eggs and amphorae. I especially admire its mid-palate texture and overall balance.

Aromas of ripe tropical fruit and dried hay burst from the glass. Mouthwatering acidity carries flavors of passion fruit and pleasing pithiness into a long, crisp finish. Delicious.
