The 2010 Pinot Noir Three Sisters reveals an amber edge to its color, a slight herbaceousness and leanness, and seems very evolved. For a Turley-Wetlaufer wine, it is not as exciting as one normally expects. It is medium-bodied and pleasant with attractive underbrush, red and black currant and plum notes.
Presents a rich, unctuous core of fresh earth and herbs, along with a strong dose of oak, though the wine wears the wood well. Strikingly youthful and vibrant, this could easily pass for a much younger wine.
