This small domaine's 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape features delicate herbal shadings set against a backdrop of cherries and raspberries. A blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre, all matured in older wood, it's full-bodied but airy, with silky tannins and a decent finish. While not overly concentrated, it's a pretty, charming wine for drinking over the next decade or so.
Plenty of bright red-berry fruit with wild-herb freshness that neatly complements that. Medium-bodied, in the context of this very warm vintage, with moderate tannins supporting the rather generous finish. From organically grown grapes.
