Cabernet Franc plus Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Distinctively herbal nose, which dominates the palate too. Can’t help thinking of green things rather than black things, predominantly. Flavour of Chinon, weight of Roussillon? A somewhat unholy combination!
