The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Poharnig –1 STK– is pure, fresh and greenish on the lean and fresh nose with its gooseberry and lemon aromas that intertwine with yeasty notes. From sandy soils with conglomerate embeddings, this is a medium-bodied, intense and juicy, quite round and elegant as well as refreshing Sauvignon with a delicately grippy finish.
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Yellow tropical fruit, nuances of candied orange zest with a hint of ripe gooseberry underneath. Juicy, elegant, almost creamy texture, fine acidity, yellow nuances on the finish, very persistent. A harmonious food wine.
