Powerful and lush, but with vibrant mineral acidity behind it, which keeps this very concentrated. Super-ripe mirabelle, apricot and mango aromas. Wonderful balance of richness and freshness that helps this to feel lighter than it really is. Very long, silky finish, where the minerality finally sparkles.
