The Westhofen 2023 Brunnenhäuschen Riesling GG has a deep, clear, precise, fresh and substantial nose of crushed limestone and salt. On the palate, this is dense and tremendously complex and mineral, supported by fine, ripe, elegant acidity. It's astringent and powerful on the finish yet always exciting, delicate and with natural length and intensity. This great Riesling is one of the highlights of the vintage on the Rhine.
