The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon (14.3% alcohol) a blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon 8% Cabernet Franc and the rest Petit Verdot and Merlot. The wine seems to lack that extra spark and wow factor that one expects from such a great terroir, but shows good firmness, ripeness and richness, a dark ruby/purple color, excellent texture and purity.
Aromas of blueberries, blackberries and minerals. Medium to full body, firm and silky tannins and a fresh and clean finish. Linear and crisp. Drink or hold.
