From a dozen parcels in the commune of Meursault, the 2016 Bourgogne Blanc exhibits aromas of apples, pear, mint, dried flowers and white peach, followed by a medium-bodied, satiny palate that's attractively layered and concentrated, with good tension at the core. It punches above its weight and makes for an excellent introduction to the domaine's style.
