A cooler and spicier nose reflects the natural exoticism of Genevrières with its jasmine tea, freshly sliced apple and plethora of citrus elements. The intense tension-filled middle weight flavors brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract that also serves to buffer an equally firm acid spine on the chiseled and strikingly long finale. I very much like the mouthfeel and this is seriously good.
