The 2010 Echezeaux fleshes out beautifully on the palate with layers of seamless, totally integrated fruit. All of the elements meld together with supreme grace, making it hard to pick out the specific components. A deep, implosive finish laced with dark fruit, cassis, spices and minerals stains the palate. This is a fabulous showing.
