25 barrels this year, 40 in 2022 but then the owner sold up. A light to mid crimson purple, with a much more precise light fresh raspberry fruit on the nose. More generous on the palate with a certain salinity, and good length. Really quite appetising
Pretty and cool aromas are markedly floral in character with discreet spice nuances adding a touch of elegance to the range of red berry scents. The refined, pure and energetic middleweight flavors possess a lilting mouthfeel on the lightly stony, youthfully austere and sneaky long finale. This very stylish effort could use better depth though more should develop in time. Note too that it could be approached young if desired.
