40% whole bunch. Southern part of the grand cru and a small parcel. Just three barrels. Both terre rouge and terre blanche. Cask sample.
Pure dark damson fruit. Slightly charry black plum. Ripe blackberries with a hint of oak char. There’s purity even with all this ripeness. Dry tannic finesse and the tannins already polished. Savoury and lightly charry on the finish but the ripe damsons come back on the finish
