Elegant, lacy and full of black cherry and blackberry flavors, this red fills in the spaces with vegetal and spice accents. Bright and charming, this firms up on the mouthwatering finish.
A rather closed and seriously structured Chambolle-Musingy, almost to the point of austerity at the finish. This really needs some time to open up, but the balance is already very impressive. I love the interplay of amarena-cherry sweetness and chalky minerality at the long finish. Should age really well. From biodynamically grown grapes.
