A good dose of smoky new oak offsets the vibrant structure and stony apple notes in this intense white. Remains tightly wound and long, with the flavors persisting on the finish. Well-balanced from start to finish.
Rich and inviting, like perfumed oatmeal, however odd that may sound ? perfumed and leesy/creamy. Massively rich and oaky on the palate. Generous and mouth-filling. The sample is quite warm, not helping with this big wine but it has great promise and still has freshness at the end of the long finish. Very good indeed.?
