Tightly wound, this is marked by its bracing acidity, which keeps the flavors from loosening their grip. Finely wrought, there are glimpses of coffee, citrus candy and grilled hazelnuts, but they require more time to emerge. A few years aging on the cork should help. Firm, tactile finish.
