First vintage of this very rare, sought after and ultra premium rose. The biodynamically domaine produces wine which you have to taste at least once. The rose is matured in new French oak for 6+ months. Very complex and terroir based rose.
A toasty, firm rosé, with a lightly hued color and notes of white raspberry, melon and baking spice that evolve into mineral, white tea and honey cream flavors on the long finish. A food-friendly rosé. Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Viognier and Mourvèdre.
A charming nose of baked lemons, mustard seeds, cedar and dried flowers. It’s full-bodied with palpable volume on the mid-palate. Well-rounded and voluptuous with a spicy edge towards the structured finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink now.
