Tightly focused and very intense, with a fresh sanguine edge followed quickly by tangy white pepper and violet notes. The core of plum skin, cassis and linzer torte waits in reserve. The finish is sleek and very long, with a great buried iron note. Shows a kiss of modernity, but is firmly grounded in its?terroir.?
