72.4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6.3% Merlot, 4.4% Cabernet Franc, 3.6% Tannat, 2.6% Malbec, 3.1% Pinot Noir, 5.8% Syrah, 1.8% rare varieties. TA 3.44 g/l (sulphuric) , pH 3.49. Plum, black cherry, milk chocolate – really charming. Just the right mix of fresh acidity and smooth tannins. Lively, vibrant and lengthy. Has more of a resemblance to Bordeaux than usual, seemingly.
