An elegant style, exhibiting rose and white pepper aromas followed by flavors of strawberry, cherry and herb. Balanced on the tannic side, with a firm, dense structure and a lingering finish

Medium red. Very ripe strawberry on the expressive, forward nose. Elegant and penetrating, with very good grip to the cherry and strawberry flavors. Not especially fleshy for the year; in fact, this went into a shell in the glass. Finishes with edgy tannins and lovely lift. This suave wine should harmonize with five or six years of cellaring.
