They started picking the grapes for the 2021 Falcoeira Branco on the last day of August, slightly earlier, and the field blend of white grapes (Godello, Doña Branca, Palomino and others) in the lower terraces of this historical place fermented in 225- and 500-liter barrels where it matured for 10 months. It has 13% alcohol and a pH of 3.44, with a lemony character that transmits freshness. It is citrusy and floral, with a refinement and lightness I didn't see in the other whites. It's seamless, silky, harmonious and textured, with a neat combination of volume and tenderness, a tactile wine with a much more refined side, fine-grained and elegant. 968 bottles produced.
