The deep purple-hued 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is made in a more linear style with lots of straightforward crème de cassis. It does not reveal the nuances and complexity of its sibling, the Cuvée 37.2, but if you love Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine delivers it in spades. Rich, ripe, medium to full-bodied and pure, it should drink well for 12-15+ years.
