From the Francemont lieu-dit in the south of Morgeot. Tank sample, already fined with casein.
Much more stony and chalky on the nose than the Chassagne Maltroie just tasted but also has citrus purity. Lot of tension and freshness. Tight but juicy, creamy and lightly spiced. Long and very lively for Morgeot with a stony finish. (JH)
