The 2012 Bourgogne Blanc sports a crisp, limestone-scented bouquet with touches of sea cave - a whiff of estuary in the glass. The palate is very well balanced with fine tension, extremely well-judged acidity and a cheeky dab of apricot jam smeared over the finish.
