The Meursault Perrieres displays lovely aromas of candied limes, lemons, minerals, rocks, and smoke. This is a hugely rich, medium-to-full-bodied, viscously-textured wine. It has great class and enormous elegance to its peach, stone, earth, clay, and red berry-filled flavor profile. Were it not for an austere and lightly dusty finish I would have been even more enamored by this offering's rich panoply of flavors and exquisite texture.
