A markedly floral nose exhibits hints of carnation, rose petal and acacia blossom along with hints of poached pear and lemon rind. The more and pliant refined middle weight flavors possess better delineation if not quite the same richness while displaying evident minerality on the dry, clean and focused finale. Note that this is very forward and should drink well shortly after release.
Mid lemon yellow, a high altitude site showing fresh apples on the nose. Clean and fresh, not quite so concentrated behind, a little white fruit, more persistence than intensity but finesse and a very agreeable finish. A little light liquorice too, to finish.
