In bottle. Attractive lemon and lime with a punchy tangy Aligoté nose, citrus and fresh herbs. Needs to be made in 228 litre barrels thinks Joseph, as Aligoté needs oxygen. Delicious, vibrant bouncy, far from over-ripeness. Lemon sherbet notes at the back.
