The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc, labeled Mâcon-Chaintré for the UK market, comes from five small parcels around the winery and was affected by the frost. It was bottled in the summer of 2022. It has a delightful, pure, slightly peachy bouquet. The palate is nicely balanced but maybe just misses the cut and focus of the previous vintage. Drink over the next three to five years.
