Deeper and more serious, Collardot's 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères mingles scents of pear and orange oil with hints of mint and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and tensile, it's racy and chiseled, with fine depth at the core.
There are two plots of vines, 35 and 60 year old. Clear pale colour, a little lime blossom, very fine. The most depth of all the village wines, with a little fennel, ripe white fruit and great persistence.
