Parent indicated that this was vinified with 30% whole clusters. Firm reduction once again renders the nose unreadable at present. There is excellent detail and a subtle minerality to the medium weight flavors that conclude in a dusty, youthfully austere and sneaky long finish. This could use better depth, but more should reasonably develop.
Pretty mid purple colour. Another slightly reductive nose though with good fruit generosity behind and a pleasing floral touch. This has been racked twice to clear the reduction. It now offers a delicious sweet fruit finish, quite persistent.
