The medium ruby-colored 1999 Morey-St.-Denis 1er Cru is the result of a blend of Domaine Dujac's six to seven-year-old vines in the Clos de la Roche (25%), Morey-St.-Denis 1er cru Les Ruchots (60%) and the balance from the Morey-St.-Denis 1er cru Millandes and Sorbets vineyards. It displays waxy, sweet cherries in the nose, and a medium-bodied, intense, fresh personality. Loads of red fruits can be discerned in this firm, delicious wine's character.
