A perfect storm of bright cherry, black currant, spice and mineral flavors, this offers a silky texture and innate power in the form of intensity and gripping, well-integrated tannins. Offers fine harmony and expression, and is surprisingly open now, with plenty of time to develop.

Rich yet vibrant. Dry, dry tannins though the wine is not drying, it is just highly structured even though the tannins are fine grained. Like a lean runner with strength at the core but no soft edges until the perfumed aftertaste.?
