A polished, fruity style, but has depth and concentration. Black cherry, blackberry and wild plum aromas and flavors are the focus, with support from the bright acidity and dense, fine-grained tannins. Ends with black cherry and licorice accents.

Sweet and silky and smooth. Not obvious Grand Cru quality. Halfway house ? but halfway price too. Dense and yet smooth. Very long.
