Pretty aromas of lemon rind, white orchard fruit and floral whiffs complement the racy, delicious and nicely textured flavors that conclude in a balanced and lingering bitter lemon inflected finish. This could use better depth, but it is already attractive.

Possesses a ripe apple aroma, and although it stays away from tropical fruit, it is perhaps lacking of bit of acidity and falls off slightly at the end. Blended from must purchased from four suppliers, each working several different parcels, which Ponsot then ferments and matures.
